【 Components of production 】The KN95 protective mask is composed of nose clip mask belt, non-woven fabrics (inner and outer layer) and melt-blown fabrics (filtering layer), air cotton fabric. It is single use, folded and non-sterile provided mask. the first layer is made of 50g nonwoven fabrics, the second and third layers is 25g melt-blown nonwoven, the fourth layer is the 50g nonwoven fabrics or air cotton fabric, the fifth layer are both 25g skin-friendly nonwoven fabrics. The mask belts are held in place over the users’ mouth and nose by two mask belts welded to the facemask. The mask belts are made of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. The nose clip in the layers of facemask is to allow the user to fit the facemask around their nose, which is made of malleable lead wire. The KN95 protective mask are sold nonsterile and are intended to be single use.
【 Wearing Method】
1. Face the side without nose clip toward outside and upward. Hold each ear strap with individual hand.
2. Hold the mask against your chin, pull the ear strap towards the back of your ear. Release the strip and adjust until it is comfortable.
3. Use both fingers to press against the nose strip until it fits the nose bridge.
4. Check the edges and adjust the mask to your comfort.
【Storage Conditions and Shelf Life】
1. Store on the place with good ventilation with no more than 80% relative humidity.Do not store near to corrosive gases, and avoid high temperature.
2. Storage life: 24 months.
